We are asking you take photos of any “Slot” rockfish floating in the Chesapeake or you incidentally kill during your fishing trips…  Research is important when reviewing if the “Slot” option is a good idea for the Rockfish.  We would love to hear what you are experiencing in the Bay, it could have an effect on options for next year so your input is very valuable and a picture says lots of words.   Thanks for your help and hopefully, together we will be able to present the best possible solution to help our Rock and those that pursue them!!!  Please include date of photo, estimated size of fish and location

Slot: 1 fish per angler per day

Between 28-36 inches or greater than 40 inches.
