    should this new weapon be defined as Gun or Bow and when and if should you be allowed to use in deer season.

    The issue will be raised in February and we will let you know where legislation stands on this and how it shall be defined.  Thank you Andy Wayson for bringing this to our attention… Certainly a lot of questions and at this point I would not recommend it’s use at this time until it is properly defined!!!

    I would say that is a air gun.
