I will just archery (Bow/Crossbow) hunt for deer. Really would like something for my son and I since hunting public land this year was up and down. Went over to Rosebud Farms to finalize the hunting Itinerary for tomorrow.  The stands and blinds are set, baited and ready for action and I have a feeling the youngsters are in for a treat.  Buck Bomb contributed some “Doe in Estrus” to create the proper mood an atmosphere, they always like romance in the air.

Bill “Googa” Rosenberg, the owner and operator of Rosebud Farms Hunting is always hyped for putting hunters on deer, especially big bucks and he really gets excited when he has a good crew of youths coming in.  Googa has 6 or 7 Youths coming in and it should make for a fantastic day.  Way to put your heart and soul into it Googa, that’s what it’s all about, and I’m sure the kids will have a fantastic time and see some nice deer!

I will be on hand with cameras rolling and will give reports of progress as they come in.  Let us know how your crews are doing and send us them photos so when can post it up on the thread here.

I headed out west to a town called Coolah and started stalking to see what me and my buddy and find.

we ended up stalking a mob of goats the first morrning and within a hour I had shot 4 nice billy goats and a nanny.

the next morning we headed out with the rifles (22) and (243) and followed some fresh pig tracks what 3 hours later proved worth it to see a mob of 15pigs only metres away my mate had a shot and got he’s first little boar of around 45kg..
