“MISS MOLLY”

The new “Miss Molly” boat is a 41′ McGlaughlin bay built charter boat. The hull was completed in 2005 and last year, a brand new 330 hp Cummins diesel was installed. She is equipped with state of the art electronics including a Garmin 4210 radar/chartplotter, a faruno depth finder, and new vhf radios. In addition to an enclosed cabin with a complete head, there is ample deck space aft for customer comfort.

Captain John has been working and cruising on the Chesapeake Bay for over 25 years. He has maintained a USCG captain’s license since 1987 and keeps current certification in first aid and CPR. Over the years, he has worked on the water doing everything from harvesting crabs, diving for oysters, and working on charter boats. In addition, he has spent considerable time cruising and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay with his family and friends.

Captain John Sharp’s love and passion for the bay has poured over into his family as well.  Right there along side him is his son/first Mate Dave Sharp who proudly walks in his father’s foot steps, learning and living the dream with his Dad.

Dave is no rookie to the water by any stretch and when he’s not mating for Captain John, He’s running Miss Molly. Watching and sharing his father’s love for the Chesapeake, Dave knew early on where his passion was steering him and he quickly earned himself  a 6 pack OPUV with a towing endorsement.  What’s really impressive is he got his license when he was just 20 years old.

Miss Molly offers Full and Half Day Charters or they can customize one that fits your desires. Their goal is to give you a safe, fun trip and put some fish in your cooler!

Full Day (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
$95.00 per person two to three passengers
$90.00 per person four to six passengers

Half Day Morning(7:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.)
Half Day Evening (3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
$85.00 per person two to three passengers
$80.00 per person four to six passengers

Cruises – $100.00 per hour up to Six Passengers.
Exciting cruise locations include Thomas Point Light, Bloody Point Light, Sandy Point Light, Baltimore Light, Annapolis, St. Michaels, and more. Custom trips may be planned with the captain
